We firmly believe that Pupils thrive when given Leadership and Responsibility roles within the school.

We have now significantly developed the profile of these roles in school with pupils regularly leading whole school assemblies, meetings with their peers, meeting with pupils from other trust schools and participating in local community events.

Year 5 and 6 Pupils are provided with a job description (see below) and are required to complete an application form.

This process takes place early in the Autumn term to ensure they fulfil their roles throughout the rest of the Academic Year.
